Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients to ensure timely meal service
• Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations
• Support the team during busy service periods by serving meals efficiently and courteously
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen fully equipped for daily operations
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality meal delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Experience in meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
