Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Restaurant Team Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry. Previous restaurant experience is not required — training will be provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position includes both customer service and basic kitchen duties.

Duties

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take and prepare customer orders.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping, portioning, mixing, and plating.
• Assist with cooking and reheating food as required.
• Follow food safety and proper food-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and work stations.
• Restock supplies and keep work areas organized.
• Work with other team members during busy periods.
• Perform other general restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to safety lift and carry items weight up to 50lb.
• No previous restaurant experience required; training will be provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is an asset.
• Able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is an asset.

This is a part-time position with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both customer service and food preparation.

Pay: From $17.90 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
