Kenko Sushi House is a Japanese takeaway shop located in the main food court of the UQ St Lucia campus. Store opens 5 days Monday to Friday.

1) Kitchen Hand - Casual positions available:

Responsibilities may include (depending on shift times):

• Making sushi

• Food handling and preparation

• Making hot food orders

• Using the fryer

• Dishwashing and general clean ups

Shifts range from 3 – 7 hours between 6am till 7:00pm

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 6 months kitchen working experience

• Experience working in a fast paced environment

• Fluent in English

• Self-motivated

• Fast learner

Pay: Up to $34.70 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
