Location: Tuam Street, Phillipstown

We’re on the hunt for a well grounded, hardworking Dish Hand to join our amazing team at our Production Kitchen for our Kiwirail Contract.

During Peak Season you could work over 40hrs per week, however in the winter months 20hrs per week.

This role is about more than just washing dishes — you’re the glue that keeps us together. You’ll play a key part in keeping our kitchen organised, tidy, and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of the space and takes pride in their work.

About the Role

Your normal day would include:

• Putting deliveries away and helping organise stock

• Setting up and keeping the sink area tidy and efficient

• Washing and Cleaning the Daily Dishes that come from the train

• Setting up the daily carts that are loaded onto the train

• Assisting with stock takes and keeping replenishment areas organised

• Supporting the kitchen team wherever needed

• Taking pride in keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for service

• You would work Sunday to Thursday, 7am until finish daily
