About Us Athens Kitchen is a fast-paced Greek kitchen serving souvlaki dinners, pitas, loaded fries, salads, and catering orders.

We're a small team, so everyone matters and every shift counts.

We're hiring both Cooks and Cashiers. Tell us which role you're applying for, or if you're open to both. COOKS

What You'll Do -

Prep proteins, vegetables, sauces, and toppings using our recipe cards and build sheets - Cook and build pitas, souvlaki dinners, loaded fries, and catering trays to spec - Portion and stock the cold line and hot line before service

• Keep stations, dishes, and equipment clean to health code standards - Receive and put away deliveries, and flag low stock to the lead -

Close down the kitchen at the end of the night You'll Fit If You -

Work fast without cutting corners on food safety -

Can follow recipes and portion specs consistently -

Can stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs -

Bring line or prep experience (a plus, but we'll train the right person) -

CASHIERS What You'll Do -

Greet guests, take orders, and handle payments accurately -

Answer the phone and manage takeout and delivery orders -

Know the menu well enough to answer questions and make recommendations -

Stock the drink station and keep the front counter and dining area clean -

Help package orders and keep tickets moving during rushes You'll Fit If You -

Are friendly, clear, and calm when it's busy - Are accurate with cash and orders -

Can multitask between guests, phones, and online orders -

Bring customer service experience (a plus, but we'll train the right person)
