We are seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Help to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will assist with food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients following recipe guidelines and safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces to meet health and safety regulations
• Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely delivery of dishes during busy service periods
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety management
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination during meal preparation and service

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards in production environments
• Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and operating kitchen equipment
• Familiarity with knife skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff
• Knowledge of catering processes and restaurant experience is a plus
• Understanding of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
