We’re a family-run café, bistro and bar in the old Victorian bank on North Street, Keighley. Breakfast, brunch and lunch. British cooking with a Polish twist, in a busy dining room people come back to.

We need kitchen help / a cook. Days only, no evenings.

The job

• Prep and cook breakfast, brunch and lunch to a high standard, at pace
• Follow recipes and specials (classic British dishes, Polish-influenced plates, plus vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free)
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and food-safe
• Work with front of house so food lands on time
• Help with stock, allergens and waste

You

• Comfortable in a busy café kitchen, or a strong cook ready to step up
• Food hygiene knowledge (Level 2 is a plus; we can support this)
• Calm when it’s slammed, especially weekend brunch
• Reliable, tidy, and happy in a small team
• Right to work in the UK

Hours and pay

• Part-time, Thursday to Sunday
• Typical shifts around 9:00am–3:30pm (we serve 10:00am–3:00pm)
• Around 16–24 hours a week
• No evenings. Currently closed Monday to Wednesday, with the chance of extra days if we extend opening hours later
• From £12.71 per hour, depending on experience
