You are

• Committed, ready to support the kitchen team in menu preparation.
• Rigorous, with basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Motivated, with a desire to learn and progress in your profession.

You will

• Actively participate in meal production for buffets serving 600 to 1,800 covers per service.
• Join and collaborate within a dynamic brigade of 40 to 80 chefs.
• Ensure service quality while strictly respecting Club Med hygiene and safety standards.

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play an essential role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of each day.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will perform a discreet yet important role.
