Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including surfaces, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients
• Support the kitchen team in cooking and assembling meals efficiently during busy hours
• Ensure all food items are presented attractively and meet quality standards before serving

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and cooking basics is advantageous
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting helps deliver excellent service
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 40.0 per week
