Job Description:

Sanford Middle East DWC is looking for a hardworking Kitchen Mess Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle basic food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and food preparation.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.
• Support the cook in cutting, chopping, and ingredient handling.
• Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen or mess experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to lift kitchen supplies.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to follow instructions.

Food and accommodation will be provided by the company.
