About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper – Washer & Packer to assist in the daily kitchen operations. The main responsibilities are maintaining cleanliness, washing kitchen utensils and equipment, and properly packing food products for service or delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, trays, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, washing area, and packing area.
• Assist in preparing and packing food orders according to established standards.
• Ensure food containers are properly sealed, labeled, and packed.
• Check packed orders for completeness and proper presentation before release.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed.
• Properly store cleaned utensils, equipment, and supplies.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste segregation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when required.

About you

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous experience as a kitchen helper, dishwasher, food packer, or similar position is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Clean, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and established food safety procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required.
• Fast and efficient in washing and packing.
