- Menyediakan bahan makanan seperti mencuci, memotong dan menyusun bahan mentah.
- Membantu Kitchen Crew dalam proses penyediaan dan memasak makanan.
- Membersihkan dapur serta memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa kemas dan teratur.
- Mencuci peralatan dapur seperti pisau, papan pemotong, periuk dan pinggan.
- Mengurus stok bahan mentah serta memastikan penyimpanan mengikut standard yang ditetapkan.
- Mematuhi SOP kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan sepanjang menjalankan tugas.
