KITCHEN HELPER

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Helper to join our team at the GLAMPING PARK TRAVEL AND TOUR SDN BHD' in Gopeng Perak. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality meals to our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef and other kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, including cleaning work surfaces, utensils, and equipment
• Ensuring all food handling and storage procedures are followed in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Providing support during peak service times to help meet customer demand
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment in the kitchen

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen or catering environment, preferably in a similar role
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills within the kitchen
