Job Summary

A reputed restaurant in the Maldives is hiring a Kitchen Helper for immediate placement. The ideal candidate should have experience assisting chefs in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting daily kitchen operations in a hotel or restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.

• Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place for daily cooking.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.

• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards during all kitchen activities.

• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Eligibility Criteria

• Indian and Nepalese candidates can apply.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Helper in a reputed hotel, restaurant, or related food service industry.

• Basic English communication skills are required.

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Ready for immediate joining.

Working Video Required

• Candidates must submit a clear working video showing vegetable cutting skills along with their CV.

• Only candidates who submit the working video will be considered for client shortlisting and selection.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: USD 275 per month during the probation period.

• After successful probation: USD 300 per month.

• Service Charge: USD 50100 per month.
