Kitchen Helper

Overview
We're looking for someone to join our team as a Kitchen Helper and become a vital part of delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests! In this role, you will help with food preparation, dishwashing, follow food safety standards, and maintain an overall clean kitchen environment. You must be able to work individually and in a group setting with no issues.

Duties

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes to meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to safety regulations
• Support the serving team by providing timely assistance with food delivery
• Ensure all food items are stored correctly in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive customer service and effective communication regarding food allergies and restrictions.

Experience

• Korean food experience is highly preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate that is willing to learn.
• Any previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required. 1+ years
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen safety protocols, and sanitation standards is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with the team.
• Food Handler License is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
