Kitchen Helper

Job Summary
Buffalo Wild Wings is looking for a dependable Kitchen Helper to support the back-of-house team with food preparation, kitchen organization, cleaning, and smooth service during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen setup.
• Help keep ingredients and supplies properly stocked.
• Support cooks with kitchen tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help with dishes, equipment, and closing cleanup.
• Check food items and supplies for proper storage.
• Work efficiently during busy restaurant periods.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and safety standards.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical kitchen tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.
