Prep Cook - Greens Cutter

The team at FIELD & SOCIAL is passionate, fun and real. We are looking for strong kitchen staff to join the team. If you have plenty of enthusiasm and enjoy working with food, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, including greens (romaine and kale) for the day and other meal prep
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
• Assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking as directed
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly
• Takes charge of washing dishes during peak times

Requirements

• Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Some kitchen experience would be beneficial
• Team-Player
• Highly Organized
• Quick Learner
• Valid Work Permit

Working Conditions

• Standing for long period of time
• Lifting up to 40lbs
