Kitchen Helper

A Kitchen Helper assists chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This is an entry-level role in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Receive, check, and properly store food supplies and ingredients.
• Help with food portioning, plating, and serving when required.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste-management standards.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are available for daily kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with general kitchen duties as needed.
• Keep refrigerators, storage areas, and kitchen surfaces clean and organized.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
