Kitchen Helper

Akai Hana Sushi & Grill Goodyear is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving fresh sushi and traditional/new Japanese cuisine.

We have immediate position opening for kitchen helper and line cook. Candidates with multiple years of cooking Japanese cuisine such as teriyaki and tempura are greatly preferred.

• Able to work flexible hours

Physical requirements:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Use hands and wrists repetitively.
• Lift and carry up to 50lb when necessary.

Pay:

• Starting $16/hour

Requirements:

• 1yr or more work experience at Japanese restaurant kitchen
• Basic knowledge in Japanese cooking
• Able to commute reliably on own
• Authorized to work legally in the US
