Key Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and other kitchen team members with routine food preparation tasks.
• Wash, peel, cut, and organize ingredients as directed.
• Prepare and arrange kitchen supplies before service.
• Keep food preparation surfaces, utensils, and work areas clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help receive, organize, and rotate kitchen supplies.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a tidy kitchen environment.
• Follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor and support the team during busy periods.

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with kitchen staff.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and food safety practices, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
