Flash Freeze Manufacturing LLC is the only flash freeze processing facility inside the Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market at Ras Al Khor. We freeze surplus fruit the same day it arrives at the market.

The Role

We are hiring Kitchen Staff to join our production team on a full-time basis. This is hands-on, physical work in a cold-processing environment, rotating across the stations of a full production run: intake and preparation, the freezing line, and pack-out.

Successful candidates will be responsible for cutting and trimming fruits and vegetables to spec, maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards, and working precisely and consistently on every single shift.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare fruits and vegetables precisely to specification
• Work assigned production stations (intake/prep, freeze line, or pack-out) to spec each shift
• Complete pre-shift equipment and hygiene checks
• Record temperature and batch data at required checkpoints
• Report any quality issues or off-spec product to the supervisor immediately
• Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures between every batch
• Support stock/inventory counts at the end of shift

Requirements

• Hands-on experience cutting and trimming fruits and vegetables (commercial kitchen, food processing, catering, or similar production environment)
• Must be an immediate joiner
• Strong commitment to the assigned work schedule, with reliable attendance and punctuality
• High work discipline and work ethic; able to work consistently and precisely without close supervision
• Comfortable working in a cold or blast-freeze environment for extended periods
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and checklists accurately, every time
• Basic spoken English
