Kitchen Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and assist chefs in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
• Clean and maintain kitchen utensils, equipment, workstations, and cooking areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain proper food storage practices and follow food safety guidelines.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste management standards.
• Support chefs during food preparation and service hours.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and other kitchen supervisors.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness while following company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or Kitchen Steward is mandatory.
• knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and willing to perform kitchen support duties.
• Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
