Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation and production of food products as per the recipes and guidelines provided.
• Handle and operate kitchen equipment under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and work areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Support other kitchen staff in tasks as required, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and packaging finished products.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Dispose of waste and maintain recycling processes for kitchen materials.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required.
