Kitchen Helper (Dishwasher/Preparation)

The Kitchen Helper (Dishwasher/Preparation) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the commissary kitchen by washing kitchen equipment, utensils, and production tools, assisting with basic food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, trays, and production tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and production areas.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling when needed.
• Organize and store cleaned equipment and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards at all times.
• Support commissary production operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience in kitchen, stewarding, commissary, restaurant, or food production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting and carrying kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Willing to work in wet and hot kitchen or production environments.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Willing to work in Paranaque City
