Job Title: Full-Time Kitchen Helper
Work Location: Gurgaon
Duty Hours: 12 hours per day
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen work and food preparation.
• Wash, cut, peel and chop vegetables, fruits and other ingredients.
• Assist the cook in preparing meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
• Wash utensils, crockery, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including countertops, gas stove and cooking area.
• Organise kitchen items, groceries, spices and utensils properly.
• Assist with serving food and clearing the dining area after meals.
• Check kitchen supplies and inform the employer when groceries or other essentials are running low.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene and household instructions.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a kitchen helper.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen work and cleanliness.

Working Conditions

• Full-time duty of 12 hours per day.
• Weekly off and meal arrangements: To be discussed.
