What they need
Job Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients following culinary standards and recipes.
Line Support: Assist chefs and line cooks with gathering ingredients and staging equipment.
Sanitation & Safety: Keep prep stations, counters, and equipment clean; perform basic dishwashing and waste disposal to meet health department standards.
Inventory Handling: Help unpack, restock, and organize incoming inventory.
Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Prior BOH (Back of House) experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome to apply.
Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
