What they need
We are a high-volume restaurant dedicated to good food and a supportive team environment. We are currently looking for a dependable Kitchen Helper to help keep our back-of-house running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients following culinary standards and recipes.
- Line Support: Assist chefs and line cooks with gathering ingredients and staging equipment.
- Sanitation & Safety: Keep prep stations, counters, and equipment clean; perform basic dishwashing and waste disposal to meet health department standards.
- Inventory Handling: Help unpack, restock, and organize incoming inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior BOH (Back of House) experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome to apply.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
