Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

• Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support the cooking staff during busy service periods by providing timely assistance as needed.
• Participate in kitchen clean-up at the end of shifts, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds.
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service is essential.
