Duties

• Responsible for thorough cleaning of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards

• Support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness of work areas, floors, and storage spaces throughout shifts
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and prevent contamination
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen organized and environmentally friendly
• Collaborate with team members during busy service times to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
• Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
