We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper/Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and quality standards
• Cook menu items efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
• Support serving staff by preparing ingredients or assisting with plating when needed
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
• Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
