Kitchen Helper/Service Crew/Bartender/Cashier

About the role

This role supports kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cooking processes, and maintaining kitchen standards.

Key responsibilities

• Help prepare raw materials such as seafood, chicken, vegetables and cooking ingredients
• Assist with cooking processes, plating and food preparation according to SOP
• Help clean and prepare seafood and portion ingredients
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation of cooking equipment
• Help receive, arrange and store raw material stock
• Ensure raw materials are handled and stored correctly
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Leader in smooth kitchen operations
• Perform other kitchen operation-related tasks as required
