With our busy installation period approaching, we're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Project Coordinator to join our growing team in a unique role that combines hands-on installation with project coordination responsibilities. About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position that offers an equal balance of hands-on installation work and project coordination.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations while coordinating projects to ensure they run smoothly, efficiently and to the high standards Retreat Design is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, fixtures and appliances in accordance with design plans and specifications
• Working with integrated appliances and sophisticated hardware systems
• Coordinating renovation projects from commencement through to completion
• Communicating and collaborating with clients, designers, suppliers and subcontractors

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
• Cabinet making, joinery or related trade experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
• A professional and collaborative approach with clients, suppliers and team members
