About the Role:

DA KANES KITCHEN LLC is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Labor team member to join our crew in Ewa Beach, HI! Responsibilities:

• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and plating tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and floors
• Wash, clean, and organize dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Receive, store, and rotate food inventory and supplies properly
• Support line cooks and kitchen leads during high-volume service periods
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health code standards
• Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown at the start and end of each shift

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen, food service, or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand, lift, and remain active for extended periods during shifts
• Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
