Now Hiring: Full-Time Kitchen lead

Schedule: Full-time, open availability preferred

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and supervising BOH operations in absence of Chef, ensuring efficiency and high performance during service in the absence of the chef
• training, and mentoring kitchen staff to create a cohesive and motivated team
• Overseeing food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
• Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Collaborating with FOH management to maintain smooth kitchen-to-table operations
• Fostering a kitchen culture built on communication, accountability, and mutual respect
