What You'll Be Doing

• Shift Lead: Oversee and guide kitchen staff on your shift, to ensure top-notch performance and collaboration.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Uphold Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the restaurant management team to implement new ideas and improve processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
