Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
• Implement and enforce food safety sanitizing procedures in compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management on cost control initiatives while maintaining high standards of food quality and service excellence.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety sanitizing procedures, inventory management, and cost control practices.
• Exceptional skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management for fine dining environments.
