Work alongside the Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef, and Executive Sous Chef to help lead a dynamic and high‑functioning kitchen team. In this role, you’ll support and oversee daily kitchen operations, helping ensure smooth service, consistent quality, and a strong team environment. You’ll bring your leadership experience and hands‑on line knowledge to mentor teammates, maintain high culinary standards, and keep the kitchen running efficiently. A strong commitment to food safety and sanitation is essential, as you’ll help uphold and enforce all health and safety guidelines. This position is active and fast‑paced, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Required

• Line and prep cooking skills
• Understanding of kitchen sanitizing procedures
• Supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient culinary skills
• Proficient computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database applications)
• Serve safe certification
• Must be at least 21

Preferred

• Management experience
• Basic meal and food fabrication skills
• Understanding of kitchen materials
