🍕 WE ARE HIRING: KITCHEN LEADER

We are looking for a mature, reliable, and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team! If you have solid experience in a pizza restaurant, strong kitchen leadership skills, and can confidently handle operations during busy periods, we’d love to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate or equivalent educational background
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in a pizza restaurant or similar food service operation
• With basic knowledge and hands-on skills in pizza dough stretching
• Knowledgeable in pizza topping, portioning, and proper food preparation
• Experienced in key kitchen station management and manning
• Skilled in order dispatch and kitchen-to-front-of-house coordination
• With experience as a Dispatch Leader or similar kitchen leadership role
• Has knowledge and experience in inventory monitoring, stock management, and ordering
• Can assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Has strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to maintain quality, food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
• Can work efficiently and calmly during peak hours and high-volume operations
• Has a good employment record and positive work history from previous companies
• Demonstrates a high level of maturity, responsibility, discipline, and professionalism
• Has a pleasing personality and good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team when needed
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically and mentally prepared to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team during daily operations
• Ensure proper execution of pizza preparation, dough stretching, topping, cooking, and plating
• Manage kitchen stations and ensure proper manpower deployment
• Lead the dispatch process to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and released on time
• Monitor ticket times and coordinate with the service team during peak hours
• Ensure consistent product quality, portioning, and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and replenishment
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and managing daily manpower requirements
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, food safety, and overall kitchen standards
• Train, guide, and coach kitchen team members
• Handle operational concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure the kitchen is properly prepared before opening and properly closed after operations
• Support the Restaurant Manager/Management Team in achieving operational and service targets
