WE’RE HIRING: KITCHEN MANAGER / COOK

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Hands-on experience cooking on a flat top
• ServSafe certified
• Experience managing and supervising a kitchen staff of approximately 5-7 employees
• Experience with food ordering and inventory management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Reliable, dependable and able to lead by example
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Pride in preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
• Cook and prepare cheesesteaks, burgers and homemade dishes
• Manage and support a small kitchen team
• Train new employees and maintain kitchen standards
• Place food and supply orders
• Monitor inventory and minimize waste
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensure quality and consistency with every order
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

This is a hands-on management position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team while also being right there on the line cooking and helping during busy service.
