Kitchen Manager

• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure timely preparation of all orders.
• Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff, including helpers, and packing staff.
• Monitor order accuracy, presentation, packaging, and dispatch times.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage daily inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing to avoid shortages and wastage.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain proper inventory records.
• Control food costs, wastage, portion sizes, and kitchen expenses.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients according to food-safety requirements.
• Coordinate with delivery platforms and operations teams to manage order flow during peak hours.
• Handle customer complaints related to food quality or order accuracy and take corrective action.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report breakdowns promptly.
• Prepare daily kitchen reports covering sales, wastage, stock, production, and operational issues.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for food preparation, cleaning, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
