Kitchen Manager

Qualifications

• Male or Female
• Bachelor's Degree holder of any 4-year course, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or other food-related courses
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a food service operation
• At least 2 years of experience in various kitchen positions, including Food Preparation, Line Cook, Fry Cook, Expediter, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Team player with strong people management abilities
• Able to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient food production
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
• Monitor food preparation and portion control to minimize waste
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate stock requirements
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational
• Coordinate with restaurant management to achieve operational goals
• Resolve kitchen-related issues and ensure smooth workflow during operations
