What Youll Do

Back-of-House Leadership

• Train, coach, and set your team up for success
• Create fair, efficient schedules that keep operations running smoothly
• Oversee food quality, safety, and sanitationbecause great food starts with great standards
• Jump in when neededwhether it's grill duty, expediting, or problem-solving

Business & Operations

• Track and control labor, food costs, and waste to maximize profitability
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and FIFO is followed
• Maintain kitchen efficiency and enforce company policies
• Partner with the General Manager to drive success and optimize kitchen operations

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment

2+ years leadership experienceyou know how to run a team

Cool under pressureyou thrive in a high-energy setting

Strong communication & organizational skillsyou keep things on track

ServeSafe Certified (or ability to obtain)
