Role Summary

As a Kitchen Manager, you oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, food safety, cost control, operational efficiency, and kitchen team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, food costing, and menu costing.
• Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned to SM City Zamboanga
