Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee kitchen operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• Train and mentor kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with restaurant management to create menus and specials
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any kitchen-related issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
• Familiarity with interviewing and hiring kitchen staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.40-$31.25 per hour
