Kitchen Manager

Job Summary
Omaha Kebabs is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations, support the culinary team, and maintain consistent food quality. The right candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
• Lead, train, and support kitchen employees
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain proper food storage and inventory levels
• Coordinate prep work and service with the restaurant team
• Enforce sanitation and food safety procedures
• Help control food waste and kitchen costs
• Address kitchen issues and communicate with restaurant management

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
