Position Summary

Edge Miami is seeking an organized and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and support an efficient and professional kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will lead the culinary team while ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
• Supervise, train, and support kitchen employees
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Monitor food inventory, supplies, and portion control
• Coordinate food preparation and service activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with staff scheduling and task assignments
• Monitor food costs and reduce unnecessary waste
• Address operational issues and support team performance

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures
