Kitchen Manager

Job Summary

Atlanta Breakfast Club is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations and help maintain consistent food quality, efficient service, and a well-organized kitchen. This role is responsible for leading kitchen staff and supporting a high-volume breakfast and brunch operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations
• Lead, train, and support kitchen team members
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, quality, and presentation
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Help control food costs, waste, and kitchen expenses
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate kitchen workflow during busy service periods
• Assist with scheduling and staff coverage
• Work with restaurant management to improve service efficiency
• Address operational issues and support a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen management or restaurant leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Food safety certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant
• Experience with inventory and food-cost control
• Reliable attendance and professional work habits
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
