  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotions, special events, and initiatives designed to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with owners and senior management.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.
  • Required to cover any restaurant station, including but not limited to line cook, line prep, production and front-of-house, as and when needed.

  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and cost control.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
