Ghost Kitchen Manager – King Kay’s Restaurants

Overview

King Kay’s Restaurants is seeking a dependable, hands-on Ghost Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and lead our team.

We specialize in fast-casual food including Philly cheesesteaks, burgers, wings, and hibachi. Bar & grill, fast-casual, or high-volume kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and staff
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable
• Monitor food quality, ticket times, and order accuracy
• Work grill, fryer, and prep stations when needed
• Manage scheduling, call-outs, and shift coverage
• Monitor labor, food cost, waste, and inventory
• Receive and organize truck deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards
• Oversee delivery-platform and ghost kitchen orders

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Grill, fryer, prep, and inventory experience preferred

**We are a takeout only facility. We work inside kitchen ONLY and not at front of the house -- meaning you will be able to focus on kitchen work without the need to assist front end order handouts or customers interactions.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
