About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team in Apopka. You'll run daily kitchen operations, develop a strong team, control costs and make sure every plate meets our standards.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day kitchen operations and lead the BOH team
• Hire, train, schedule and develop cooks, prep staff and dishwashers
• Order food, manage inventory and control food and labor costs
• Make sure food quality, consistency and ticket times meet our standards
• Keep the kitchen up to food safety and sanitation standards and ready for health inspections
• Work with ownership and front-of-house management on menu updates and specials
• Work on the line when the shift needs it

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen manager, sous chef or BOH leadership experience
• Experience with food cost, inventory and labor management
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification (or ability to obtain it)
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
